Strike Eye is a cardboard VR experience, when you stand surrounded by enemies, coming to hit you. Good news: you can destroy them with your look. Not really one: you can kill only moving ones, but they always moves right behind your back.
There are few of monster`s SFX used on my CrimsonSpace top-down shooter project - invisibility effect (I call it blink-renderer), smearing effect, based on vector displacement, explosive one, and glitchy spider.
So the prototype that I started to implement two weeks ago grows up into a pretty little game. Now in has a name, two classes of a monsters to kill, a dark level to run across, and a few peoples to continue work with :)
