Tried out @unity3d ProBuilder, since it'll be integrated into Unity! Was able to mockout a concept into 3D, with some Terrain and particles thrown in. Surprisingly easy to use tools, looking forward to see how fast it is to create a playable level.
Currently developing a procedural city in Unity. Started off with an adapted version of the Roll-a-Ball Tutorial, where I placed textured cuboids to see how it'll work. That was around late 2016.
2017 was more on understanding how Unity worked, so by late 2017 I figured I knew enough to try and generate a cityscape by code. Starting from large randomly sized blocks and steadily adding more detail by code weekly. Final pic indicate its state on January 19th, 2017.
