Roche Gazyva
LeapMotion Presentation Client: Roche Agency: Maniak Tasks: Everything (except first storyboard), 3d modeling, shaders, scripting, effects and contact with client Technology/Software used: LeapMotion, C#, Unity3D, ShaderLab, Maya, Photoshop This project was used to present Gazyva (leukemia treatment) at a medical convention. The presenter could talk at his own pace because the presentation was designed to stop at certain moments and, with the use of a hand gesture, the presentation would continue. This project was done in Unity, everything being 3D and in real time. Effects where achieved with the creation of special shaders and particles.

CONAFOR: National development plan
PC-Tablet Presentation Client: CONAFOR Agency: Maniak Experiencial Tasks: Programming, Implementation, Creation of tools Technology/Software used: Unity3D, C#, Network between PC&Tablet Project made to be an interactive presentation in a forestry convention to show the national development plan for CONAFOR (National Forest Commission). The presentation was shown on a matrix of screens, with eye-catching animations that present the information. The menu was on a tablet mounted on a totem, so anyone could interact with it. My part in this project was to develop an intuitive system that integrated all the information and animations for the rest of the team, and also to make the network connection between the PC displaying the presentation and the tablet displaying the menu.

Herdez Soups
Kinect Game Mkt Client: Herdez Agency: Alquimia Tasks: Game design, Programming Technology/Software used: Unity3D, C#, Kinect 2.0 This game was made to be a marketing activation for the brand Herdez and their newest product "canned soups". The game was displayed on a screen within a giant can. When the player achieves a high score, the system would dispense a free can of soup. In this Kinect game, the player is supposed to prepare a soup as accurately and quickly as they can, following the instructions in order, grabbing and dropping ingredients, and mixing them. For this project I handled the game design, the programming, and integration of the art by Eliezer Ojeda.

GGJ Mobile Videogame Client: Personal Tasks: Art, Programming, Game Design Technology/Software used: Unity3D, C#, Photoshop This is a little puzzle game that a friend and I worked on for the 2014 Global Game Jam. It was a 48hrs project and was done for mobiles. In this game you are supposed to solve the riddles presented, in the first (and only) level, the theme is "love". Both of us worked on everything, but I did most of the art and my friend Irving did most of the programming. This was a really fun experience of making a game in a small amount of time.

Kinect Product Presentation Client: Emwa Agency: Maniak Tasks: 3d Modeling, Programming, Integration Technology/Software used: Kinect 2.0, Unity3D, C#, Maya A small team project to show Emwa Bvlgari watches with an interactive presentation, making use of the Kinect to attract passers by. This project was displayed at kiosks in malls to show the brand. The game consists of taking the parts of the watch and putting them together, a really simple dynamic for anyone to take part in. I was part of the 3D modeling team, as well as the programming/integration team.

Interactive Presentation Client: 7Eleven Agency: Alquimia Tasks: Programming, UI Technology/Software used: Unity3D, C#, Arduino (Button) Presentation to show some instructive videos in an interactive way. It was used for a 7Eleven company convention. The presentation shows a spinwheel with thumbnails that stops when a physical button is pressed by someone in the audience.

Herdez Slotmachine
Mkt game with Arduino Client: Herdez Agency: Alquimia Tasks: Programming Technology/Software used: Unity3D, C#, Arduino (Button and RGB LED Strip) Small marketing game for the brand Herdez. It is a type of slot machine game: a can split into 3 parts that are rotating constantly until the player stops each one by pressing a physical red button. The objective is to get all the parts to show the same design. When the player achieves this, a product promoter would give them a small prize related to the brand. The game is connected with a marketing totem that has a red button for the interaction, and LED lights with some animations. Everything is connected via Arduino. While not in use it would show videos promoting the brand.

Kinect Game Mkt Client: Brown Forman (Antiguo & Jimador) Tasks: Game Design, Programming, Coordinate(3 team members) Technology/Software used: Unity3D, C#, Kinect 2.0 Interactive projects done for marketing activations: game designed to be able to be rebranded for more than one product. The two projects were done for the tequila brands Antiguo de Herradura and Jimador. In the game you play as a bartender. There will appear some orders of specific drinks and the user needs to grab all the ingredients to make it. Of course, without taking too long or adding an incorrect ingredient to the mix. My roles were game design, direct communication with the client and programming. And as project manager I collaborated with Eliezer Ojeda (Art & assets) and Silvia Rodriguez (UI).

Mobile Video game Client: Personal Tasks: Game design, 2D & 3D art, part of the programming, level design Technology/Software used: Unity3D, Maya, Photoshop Puzzle video game done for Android. In this game the objective is to make a path with flowers, without crossing the same part of the path more than once. The game's theme is a garden passing through the seasons and you, the player, must decorate it in an effective way. This was a game made by two people. My main roles were art, game design and level design. Part of the programming was done by me but mainly by my teammate.
