JVA fixed 5-minute grace period may not be a good idea. Some issues may require longer to walk through - whether it is due to sheer complexity or just a slow machine. I'd recommend doing it like Codementor (of which this seems to be heavily inspired) where both parties can decide how much time to spend on the grace period - after all, only they can accurately determine said length on a case by case basis.
We're definitely open to changing this - we'll talk about it on Monday. Our point of view is to offer tools / features to make the client & expert as happy as possible while they solve the client's problem.

KevinThis is quite interesting, but not really great for younger developpers or people who are just starting with Unity, as they can't really afford an "expert" to help them out. I don't see this being more popular than other communities who offer free help services. Still a great looking project!
Hi Kevin! We over a flexible price structure so hobbyist and beginning developers can get help from experts at an affordable price. All sessions on the platform also begin with a free 5 minute grace period for customers to get help on their problem.
Rigel ArndtI recommend charging a fee similar to that of other student aides.
Hi Rigel! To confirm, this is currently a paid platform. Customers will have an opportunity to select they are rate they are comfortable paying.

Justin KWow, 60 days is a long time to wait for payout. Just wondering if there could be some clarification of the reasoning behind the fairly long wait? Thanks and... Keep on Creating! Justin of JustinTime.Studio
Hey Justin 60 days currently is our standard payout schedule based on internal requirements. We're planning to get it down to 30 for our global launch.

Good Tips! I laughed at the last one, about not hosting a session on your phone. Possibly do-able but super-complicated compared to using a computer. Keep on Creating! Justin @ JustinTime.Studio
