The entire 'city tube' is a unique model that was built from a cylinder. You can see it to some extend in the environment production video we added https://youtu.be/TUX0PjtgU3Q We also restricted ourselves to fixed steps, like 0.5 m is the smallest extrusion we used to make sure it somewhat matches the textures and props we have in the project. Everything beyond that is just adding loops and trying to match building shapes from actual photographs. The occasional walkways or platforms provided a natural way to end existing buildings, and start new ones above them.
