My take on the Global Games Jam 2017 theme of Waves. Guide Wavy Man around the ever changing Wavyland world to try and get airtime but also land smoothly. Took 16 hours using Unity 5.6.0b3. The interesting thing about this is that a morphing landscape like this can't be done with physics as the recalculation of the collision mesh would be too slow to do per frame. So this is done with a vertex shader and a quick little physics system I wrote for the game that both work off the same data for the wave calculation.
