THINQ game I have been a part of required a special arts style, therefore I have created a custom heightmap low-poly terrain generation system together with a complete package of tools which made it possible for the game designer to quickly prototype and create many terrain concepts.

The tools also included a vertex painting tool for easy texture atlassing. The custom heightmap algorithm got later changed to a marching cubes algorithm for which I have created additional lookup tables to facilitate the process of chunk stitching.
