Potential asset in progress. I was playing Astroneer and was frustrated about the frame rate drop you experience once you've placed too many 'tether' poles that supply oxygen / power. So, I decided to give it a go and see how fast it would take to solve. Single player almost done. I'm going to clean up the code, add more visual appeal, and maybe release to the Asset store. Maybe I'll need to investigate solving it via multiplayer too.
Version 0.3 Test (4k Tethers)
Note: see how fast add/remove is and I was able to drop 1k new tether lines with almost no impact. Code still not highly optimized.
