These are some of the shaders that I created using Shader Forge. All these shaders work at acceptable frame rates on high end mobile phones.
Most of these were further optimized manually to create versions for low end devices as well.
Apart from these I created various versions on unlit lightmapped/multi-lightmapped shaders as well, for which all the lightmapping was done in Maya and then brought into Unity as a high res texture. UV unwrapping was a pain for the artists, but we got much better lightmaps compared to Unity and we had a lot more control over them as well.
