Worked as a Developer on a Room Planner application designed to virtually retro-fit new surgical equipment into old operating theaters, and present the room as an aid to selling the equipment. The application included a vast range of equipment from various suppliers and presented specific cases on how certain equipment must be arranged in order for them to function properly. The outputs included high res screen shots, videos and interactive 3D scenes.

The other elements were done using traditional 2D UI elements with alot of custom functionality, and offline tools for creating all the thumbnails etc.

The "in-scene" elements such as the arcs and lines used to show where boom arms are pointing etc. were made using the GL class (https://docs.unity3d.com/ScriptReference/GL.html), we created a utility functions allowing us to draw a number of customisable shapes. This was also very useful for visual debugging as well. Hopefully that helps?

Was this built in Unity? How did you build the UI system for this one. Looks pretty complex!
