Overview.
In this issues We are talking about related problems of color space as linear spcace,Which if you guys already worked from Gamma space but surdenly would be change gamma color space to linear color space on you game.
Should make sure Color space now is Color space of Gamma correctly.
We change this like gamma color space to linear color space in Unity3D project setting.

Ok.Now we will be make color correction using photoshop color space,Which would be chagne to gamma2.2 to gamma 1.0 for RGB.

How to change to photoshop gamma profile?
Ok! Let's take a look at below.
Go to "Edit > Convert to profile" then select to Custom RGB... on RGB destination space.
Should be turn on to Proof Colors then select to Proof Setup change to Custom.
But We have one more problem about none RGB like gray maks for alpha source.
Generally, Substance designer and Substance Painter those already support to 16bit gray with gamma correction from those applications.
Unfortunately Photoshop has not to change RGB with A at simultaneously.

Should be chagne to your alpha source mid range 1.0 to correction value using Photoshop Level adjustment tool.

Calculate
1) 1/2.2 = 0.45454545
2) mid of Level is 1.0
3) mid of level - 0.454545 = 0.5454555
This calculation of math are not perfect but even better resulf for your linear workflow.
