GrassDancer is a 3D platformer where you play as a tiny bug in a huge world that wants to eat you. It was developed as part of Dare To Be Digital, a student games competition in Dundee, Scotland, and showcased as part of ProtoPlay, the UK’s biggest independent games festival.
I was responsible for programming NPC behavior and other core game systems, and all UI. I also designed the tutorial, “challenge level,” and a playtest level used to test systems for later levels. It was developed in Unity3D in C# by a team of six.
