Dyson Sphere
Team project, utilizing a side-scrolling platform game design on a multi-level rotating planet. The goal of the player character, Dyson, is to collect minerals on the planet he has invaded to build a dyson sphere for his own people. (A dyson sphere is a hypothetical megastructure that completely encompasses a star and captures its power output.) The native inhabitants of the planet being invaded are composed of neglected technology that has been partly reclaimed by nature. These natives join together to fight against the invading player. As part of the team of eight developers, I was responsible for the majority of the character animations in this production. I also concepted, modeled and rigged several of the characters and contributed to several level designs, including layout and textures. Unity3D, Autodesk Maya, Substance Painter, Adobe Photoshop
