Dynamic tail system on an otherwise traditionally animated rig in Unity. I created the setup to solve the issue of the raptor moving through tight spaces and having the tail crash through environmental meshes, which would reveal its location to the player. With this setup, the raptor can freely move through the environment and its tail will bend around everything as needed. It actually had a neat side effect-It's really creepy to see a raptor's tail slip around the corner when playing the game!
