A mobile game made in Unity with a unique gameplay concept
In Cube Zoid, the player guides two orange cubes through walls of incoming blocks on both sides of the screen at once. By watching the middle bar, the player plans movements to pick up gems and aim for openings.
Cube Zoid was created over the course of about two weeks in Unity 4.6. The project has since been upgraded and updated several times.
The game is monetized using interstitial advertisements and rewarded video advertisements using ad remediation through Google Admob with rewarded videos coming from Unity ads. The game interfaces with Amazon, Google Play Game Services, and IOS game services depending on the platform to allow the player to earn achievements and enter scores on an online leaderboard.
