A three month test projects to see if simple AI logic and Player Controls could still be fun. My brother did art and animations. I did programming, sound effects, and level sculpting.
The vision behind this project was to try to create the feel of fantasy RPG classes found in games like the old Final Fantasy, Ogre Battle/Tactics games, and others. The challenge was to keep the AI and coding simple while still still providing the player with engagement and chooses with an open level design.
Player played as the Berserker and could swing sword and run fast.
AI was the Mage who could launch Fireballs and Teleport.
This project was only suppose to take one month but do to busy schedules it took three months and did not get completed.
