Defend your home. Destroy your enemies. And defeat sea monsters in this retro GameBoy style shooter game for iPhone and iPad.
Recently I port Beach Defender to Unity.
Beach Defender is a side project to learn how to create native iOS game with Xcode using SpriteKit in Swift. It's a technical experience since gameplay is simple and become quickly boring.
I started this project to learn more about native development for iOS. I understand a lot better how iOS application works. I also learn a lot with native SDK for ads, analytics and much more. It was also a great way to get used to Xcode. Apps publishing and marketing.
Recently I port my game to Unity. It is far easier to iterate on the game for basic gameplay than Apple GameKit. Also they are so many plugin available on the Asset Store.
