Implement a testing framework for studying the effects of tracking visualizations while engaging a ballistic target.
Using Unity and C# scripting, a HoloLens application was developed to test the effectiveness of visual aids when shooting a ballistic target within the confines of a predetermined environment.
Created 2 inward facing planes from which a ballistic projectile will fire from a randomly generated location. Based on which variables are desired for control, found an equation for the projectile motion.
Created a ballistic solver model which takes in a position and solves for a future trajectory path.
Incorporated Spatial Mapping into the application. Scans your environment and chooses 2 areas that fit certain conditions to be the launch and termination planes.
Created Data Stream to collect data while in application on HoloLens. Writes scores from test to a text document that is saved on the HoloLens.
